The 70-W612NMA1K8M702-LC09FP70 is a new member of the Vincotech MNPC power modules family VINcoMNPC X12 with increased power range. It’s a new entrant featuring the VINco X12 housing and a fresh member in the MNPC topology. The IGBT M7 1200 V, IGBT M7 600 V, diode M7 1200 V and diode M7 650 V offer a perfect match for the VINcoMNPC X12 family. The new chip generation offers lower VCEsat which results lower static losses that are significant in this application. With its power range 1200 V/1800 A targets the Solar PV Central Inverter market.
