Nippon Chemi-Con has expanded its product lineup with the addition of Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors KVF Series and KVD Series.


Nippon Chemi-Con has offered multilayer ceramic capacitors in SMD, radial lead, and metal cap types for use in automotive and industrial equipment.


In recent years, there has been a growing demand for high temperature compatibility, especially in automotive applications. To meet this demand, Nippon Chemi-Con has commercialized the SMD type KVF Series and the radial lead type KVD Series. These products are compliant with the AEC-Q 200, a standard for automotive parts.


The products can be used in a wide range of applications. For example, in the automotive field, they can be used in engine rooms and equipment adjacent to exhaust gas systems. In the industrial field, they can be used in boilers and gas combustion equipment.

Nippon Chemi-Con has achieved both high capacitance and high reliability by reviewing product design and manufacturing processes. To do so, Nippon Chemi-Con has adopted their proprietary dielectric material which can withstand use in high-temperature environments.
