MindMotion Published New 12-Inch Microcontrollers MM32F0020 Series Offering 32KB Flash and 2KB SRAM
MindMotio announces the product availability of new super value MM32F0020 series microcontrollers. This is MindMotio's other product series based on 12-inch wafers, and these microcontrollers are based on the 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0, offering 32KB Flash and 2KB SRAM. The MM32F0020 series MCU is suitable for a wide range of automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. Typical applications include chargers, battery management, cooling fans, smoke sensors, toys, motors, and 8/16-bit MCU upgrades and replacements.
MM32F0020 MCU Highlight:
Arm® Cortex®-M0core, frequency up to 48MHz
32KB Flash and 2KB SRAM
Up to two UART, one SPI, one I²S, and one I²C
One 16-bit advanced timer provides 4-channel PWM output, supports dead-time insertion and emergency brake functions
Two watchdog timers include one independent watchdog (IWDG) and one window watchdog (WWDG)
One 12-bit SAR ADC supports up to 1MSPS sampling rate and 8 external channels
Up to eighteen GPIO
Power supply ranges from 2.0 to 5.5V, suitable for various power supply occasions
High reliability: ±6000V HBM ESD, latch-up ±300mA at high temperatures (105℃)
Provide40~85℃ or -40~105℃ temperature options
Pin to Pin compatible with both MM32F0010 series and MM32F003 series
Now, two leading packages including QFN20 and TSSOP20 started mass production, offering 32KB Flash, and 2KB SRAM, and are available with -40~85℃ and -40~105℃ temperature options.
