MindMotion Microelectronics is excited to announce the official launch of its next-level MCU, the MM32F0120. In 2023, MindMotion's entry-level MCU, MM32G0001, made a huge impact with its cost-performance ratio, comparable to or even surpassing 8/16-bit MCUs, earning high praise in the market.


As a successor to the MM32G0001, MM32F0120 is powered by the Cortex-M0 core, featuring a maximum frequency of 72MHz, 64KB Flash, 8KB RAM, and support for up to 48-pin packages. In addition to its outstanding value, the MM32F0120 continues to deliver the high reliability and stability characteristic of MindMotion's products, making it ideal for a wide range of applications including display control, electric toys, power management, motor control, wireless charging, protocol conversion, home appliances, and industrial control. The release of the MM32F0120 represents a significant new step in MindMotion’s journey to establish a new benchmark in the mid-range 32-bit MCU market.
