MindMotion announced the new MM32F0160 series of MCUs. The MM32F0160 is equipped with a 72MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor, built-in 128KB Flash, 16KB RAM, and rich analog and communication resources, including high-speed ADC, USB, CAN-FD, I3C, etc. It is suitable for a variety of application scenarios such as industrial IoT devices, PC peripherals, electronic door locks, medical and healthcare devices, personal handheld devices, games, and entertainment. Now the MM32F0160 series is ready for samples and EVK application.

72MHz Arm® Cortex-M0

128KB Flash, 16KB SRAM

One DMA controller with 7 channels to support peripherals

32-bit division acceleration unit

One 12-bit SAR ADC with 14 external channels and up to 1MSPS sampling rate

Two comparators

One 16-bit advanced timer, five 16-bit or 32-bit basic timers, one low-power timer

One RTC module

Up to five UART (includes one LPUART) interface, two SPI or I²S interfaces, and one I²C interface

One I³C slave interface with up to 12.5Mbps

One USB device interface, equipped with an independent clock and suitable for packages smaller than 5x5mm²

One FlexCAN-FD interface, equipped with an independent clock and suitable for packages smaller than 4x4mm²

Operating voltage: 2.0V ∼ 5.5V

The operating temperature range (ambient temperature) includes the industrial tier -40℃ to 85℃ and the extended industrial tier -40℃ to 105℃ (suffix V)

These devices are available in LQFP64 (10x10mm²), LQFP48 (7x7mm²), QFN32 (5x5mm²) and QFN28 (4x4mm²)packages

Pin and software compatible with the mass-produced MM32F0140 series
