Eposolder 6869 is an epoxy electrically conductive adhesive with high thermal conductivity. It features a latent cure design that allows for quick curing at elevated temperatures while maintaining a long pot life at ambient conditions. This adhesive is suitable for low stress soldering, connecting, and conducting applications in electronics packaging, such as sensors, filters, crystal oscillators, MEMS, LCD driver ICs, CCD chip attach, wafer lamination, etc. It is dispensable and printable, offering superior electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, reduced rigidity for low stress bonding, long pot life at room temperature, high temperature stability, and low bleeding with low volatility.
