Eposolder 6522 - Flexible Electrically Conductive Adhesive

Eposolder 6522 is a flexible epoxy electrically conductive adhesive designed for electronic applications. It forms a flexible, rubbery conductive adhesive with superior electrical and thermal conductivity. It is used for low stress soldering, connecting, and conducting applications such as in sensors, filters, crystal oscillators, MEMS, LCD driver ICs, CCD chip attach, wafer lamination, etc. The adhesive is printable and offers high electrical conductivity, flexibility for low stress bonding, high thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, reworkability, low bleeding, and low volatility. It has a shelf life of at least 6 months when stored at -40°C in the originally sealed container.
