Eposolder 6510 is a one-component, silver-filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive designed for electronic applications. It is used as a bonding adhesive with superior electrical and thermal conductivity, serving as a replacement for regular solder in lead-free solutions. The adhesive forms bonds at temperatures lower than regular soldering and can provide finer pitches for electronic assembly.
