Eposolder 6763 - Epoxy Electrically Conductive Adhesive

Eposolder 6763 is an epoxy-based electrically conductive adhesive designed for electronic applications. It is filled with silver-coated-copper conducting filler and forms a strong bonding adhesive with effective electrical and thermal conductivity after curing at elevated temperatures. It is used for solder replacement, electrical connecting, conducting, grounding, or EMI/RF shielding applications. The adhesive is dispensable and printable, offering features such as effective electrical conductivity, strong structural bonding, high thermal conductivity, high temperature stability, and low bleeding. It finds applications in aerospace and automotive electronics, semiconductor and telecommunications, conducting while dissipating heat, grounding of power devices, EMI shielding, and gasketing.
