N32WB03X Controller Subsystem
■Ultra-low power Bluetooth LE 5.1 chip with 48KB RAM, built-in 256/512KB flash. Together with ARM Cortex-M0 running up to 64MHz and various peripherals, N32WB03X offers developers great feasibility for intensive applications. This chip features a state-of-the-art power management unit that utilizes best-in- class power management. Bluetooth radio power consumption is 3mA for receiving and transmitting while sleep power consumption is less than 1 uA and power down current is less than 100nA. N32WB03X supports full features of Bluetooth LE 5.1 including 2Mbps, long range, CSA #2, advertising extensions, AoA/AoD direction finding, etc. It also supports multiple connections and scan or advertise while keeping stay in connection state. N32WB03X is qualified for 105°C ambient temperature operation. This is a high-quality chip targeting low power, high performance, easy connectivity and stability.
