■Description of Change:ARDENTEC HUKOU is approved as a back-end tape and reel assembly site for the released to sales part numbers identified. There will be no change in manufacturing technology or to the package dimensions.This change does not affect the form, fit, or function of the product as defined in the datasheet.
ARDENTEC HUKOU is already a qualified facility for WLCSP tape and reel assembly for EPC products. This is to announce an additional product to be produced by this qualified supplier.
ARDENTEC HUKOU began production of EPC2218A on or after May 31, 2023 but the datecode could be 2320 onward. During the transition period customers may receive shipments from any approved EPC assembly site. Shipment of such products to a customer will only occur after the customer PCN is signed off.
