●Made of weatherproof, transparent and UV-stabilized plastic PMMA, the ipf reflectors are based on the prismatic reflector concept.
●The structure of the reflectors consists of many small pyramidal mirrored recesses of a plastic surface.
●These structures have the property that respectively three mirrors are perpendicular to each other (triple). These radiate incident light back to the light source (retro-reflection).
●The careful processing of the ipf reflectors in the injection molding process and the low-tension manufacturing ensure an exact formation of all triple surfaces and a high angular accuracy of the triples. As a result, incident light is reflected back from larger distances and from different angles with a little loss as a light beam to the light source.
●The reflective surfaces of the reflectors are smooth. The triples are located on the rear side of the supervisory surfaces and are protected by another rear cover plate.
●Due to the high-quality plastic used and the tight welding of the reflector parts in the ultrasonic process, a long life is guaranteed.Our product range includes a number of special reflectors in many dimensions and with different prism systems.
●Special designs of special reflectors are possible for a wide variety of applications.
