AT32F413 Series Datasheet
Introduction:
This datasheet provides the ordering information and mechanical device characteristics of the AT32F413 microcontrollers. The AT32F413 datasheet should be read in conjunctionwith the AT32F413 reference manual. For information on programming, erasing, and protection of the internal Flash memory please also refer to the AT32F413 reference manual. For information on the Cortex®-M4core please refer to the Cortex®-M4Technical Reference Manual
Description:
The AT32F413incorporates the high-performance ARM®Cortex®-M4F 32-bit RISCcore operating at 200MHz. The Cortex®-M4Fcore features a Floating point unit (FPU)single precision which supports all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data type. It also implements a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) which enhances application security. The AT32F413incorporateshigh-speed embedded memories (up to 256Kbytes of Flash memory, 64Kbytes of SRAM), the extensive external SPI Flash (up to 16 Mbytes addressing capability), and enhanced I/Osand peripherals connected to two APB buses.Any block of the embedded Flash memory can be protected by the sLib, functioning as a security area with code-excutable only. The AT32F413offers two12-bit ADC,fivegeneral-purpose 16-bit timers plus two general-purpose 32-bit timers, and up to twoPWM timers for motor control, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces, up to twoI2Cs, twoSPIs (all multiplexed as I2Ss), anSDIOs, fiveUSARTs, an USB,and twoCANs.The AT32F413operates in the -40 to +105 °C temperature range, from a 2.6 to 3.6 V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving mode allows the design of low-power application.
