Empowering Intelligent Automotive Applications: Cmsemicon Launches Automotive-Grade SoC Chip BAT32A6300
China Micro Semicon (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cmsemicon", stock code: 688380) announced the launch of the BAT32A series Automotive-Grade SoC Chip—BAT32A6300. This chip provides a QFN32 package, meeting the requirements for size- and space-sensitive applications in the automotive body and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) domains.

Cmsemicon continues to enhance its existing automotive-grade product lineup. The newly released automotive-grade SoC chip BAT32A6300 embodies years of technical accumulation by the automotive R&D team. This chip adopts advanced process technology and architecture design, integrating high integration, high reliability, and low power consumption. With built-in MCU+LDO+LIN transceiver, it can meet the application scenarios that previously required multiple devices, making it an ideal choice for embedded integration in applications such as switches, panels, lights, sensors, and motors.
The BAT32A6300 has been optimized for more precise node execution control, integrating various advanced technologies to provide developers with strong flexibility and scalability. Based on the Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, it operates at a frequency of 64 MHz, equipped with 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, and integrates LDO, LIN transceiver, and QFN32 package. This offers advantages of high integration and small size, meeting the complex and space-limited automotive control connection requirements, reducing the number of external components and PCB size, effectively lowering system costs.

Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, operating frequency of 64 MHz, 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, integrated LDO and LIN transceiver.
High Reliability
Operating temperature of -40℃~125℃, compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive-grade standards, meeting automotive-grade reliability and safety standards.
High Accuracy
Integrated high-accuracy 12-bit ADC@1.42Msps, 2-channel 12-bit DAC, 2 comparators, 1 programmable gain amplifier (PGA), and a motor-specific TimerM, meeting various automotive small motor control requirements.
Communication Interfaces
2 UART channels (UART0/LIN), 1 SPI, 1 standard I²C, 1 hardware LIN 2.2, compatible with LIN 2.x protocol and compliant with SAE-J2602 standard specifications.
Operating Voltage
Voltage range of 5.5V~28V, integrated high-voltage LDO providing stable 5V power supply, with an output current of up to 70mA. The LIN transceiver complies with LIN2.x/ISO17987-4:2016 (12V)/SAE-J2602 standards.
Reliable Performance
Outstanding ESD, EFT immunity, and enhanced safety functions such as RAM parity check, SFR guard, and CRC.
Low Power Consumption
Supports low-power operating mode, sleep mode, and deep sleep mode, with current as low as 45μA in deep sleep mode (MCU deep sleep, LDO maintaining 5V output).
