Cmsemicon Newly Launches 32-bit Industrial-Grade MCU BAT32G439 Series Operating at a Frequency of 128MHz
China Micro Semicon (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Cmsemicon, stock code: 688380) recently expanded its BAT32G series with the addition of the 32-bit industrial-grade MCU family member, BAT32G439. This product supports an industrial temperature range of -40℃to 105℃, offering high reliability, rich peripheral resources, and powerful digital signal processing capabilities. It is specifically tailored for industrial servo, power conversion, digital power, charging guns, charging piles, small industrial robots, and other industrial control verticals, based on scalable solutions, making it a cost-effective choice for industrial-grade 32-bit MCUs.
The BAT32G439 is based on the Arm®V8-M architecture with the STAR-MC1 core, integrating high-performance analog circuits, multiple advanced timers, and communication interfaces. It operates at a frequency of 128MHz and features a complete DSP instruction set, floating-point unit (FPU), and digital filter units, meeting requirements for real-time control, digital signal processing, and stable operation. The BAT32G439 is equipped with 256KB Flash, 64KB SRAM, and 4KB dedicated Data Flash, providing ample storage capacity for advanced development applications. It operates over an industrial temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃, with a wide voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. Running at a power consumption of 100μA/MHz @128MHz, it supports partial power-down deep sleep mode consuming 20μA, flexibly meeting power and speed requirements in industrial control applications.

Currently, the BAT32G439 has entered the mass production preparation stage and is expected to be in full mass production in Q3 2024.
