WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 WagoAppDMX & WagoAppColorConverter RGB Control via DMX Application note
The 750-652 Serial Interface (RS-232/RS-485) can be configured as a DMX master.
DMX is a method for controlling lighting equipment from a central location standardized in accordance with the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT). The abbreviation stands for Digital MultipleX.
The transmission channel is based on an RS-485 physical interface with a transmission rate of 250 kBd, as well as one start bit and two stop bits.
The structure of the transmitted frame is based on the DMX 512/1990 (DIN 96530-2) specification.
DMX devices can be connected to the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM by using the DMX library WagoAppDMX.
