UMS Launch a New Medium Power Amplifier CHA5005-QDG with Covering 0.9-1.8GHz and High Linear Gain of 18.5dB
UMS Launch a new Medium Power Amplifier, the CHA5005-QDG, A state of the art MPA dedicated to Defence and Commercial Communication Systems.
The CHA5005-QDG is a new Medium Power Amplifier covering 0.9-1.8GHz. This circuit features excellent PAE with 33%@1dB comp and Pout with 26.5dBm@1dB comp. It also exhibits a high linear gain of 18.5dB. The consumption is low with 7.5V@120mA.
The product is proposed in a 4x4 MSL3 low-cost plastic QFN package. The CHA5005-QDG is designed on a UMS GaAs 0.25µm proprietary technology. It is dedicated to the defense and commercial communication systems and radar.
