UMS has designed a 6-42GHz family of Power Amplifiers to cover the point to point telecom market.
The focus was put on optimizing the linearity and power capability to meet the most challenging customer requirements.

• Good return loss of 15dB
• High robustness
• Full ESD protection
• Integrated power detector
• Surface mount packages
To complete the transmit channel, UMS has also designed a large range of drivers covering the 6 to 42GHz bandwidth.
All of these products are fully released.
