After learning the market application demand, Xiangru Electronics developed a miniaturized integrated inductor XRTC252010S2R2MBCA suitable for small-size applications requiring large current, with an inductance value of 2.2μH, a size of only 2.5mm×2.0mm×1.0mm, and a typical rated current of up to 2.4A, which can meet the application demand of miniaturized power supply for various intelligent devices.

Adopt Integrated Molding Process to Improve Electromagnetic Characteristics
As shown in the structural diagram of Figure 3, XRTC252010S2R2MBCA adopts an integral molding process, and the external part is molded by metal powder, and the internal coil, electrode and T-core are encapsulated to form a stable electromagnetic structure, which reduces the magnetic leakage of the product and has more stable characteristics.

Strong Current Capacity and Stable Inductance Characteristics
As can be seen from Figure 4, XRTC252010S2R2MBCA maintains stable inductance characteristics, with a typical rated current of 2.4A, but the inductance value will be attenuated with the increase of current, so it is recommended to use it at a typical rated current. At the same time, under the condition of rated typical current, the temperature rise will not exceed 30℃, and the temperature will rise sharply under the condition of overcurrent, so it is necessary to pay special attention to the design and refer to the information in Figure 4.

XRTC252010S2R2MBCA of XIANGRU ELECTRONICS is worthy of users' trust in reliability. Its insulation resistance is ≥100MΩ, and more than 90% of the electrode area is available for welding, which can form a firm connection with PCB.
