JoulWatt Showcased at the 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo with Digital Innovation and Patented Products
From November 23 to 27, 2023, the 2nd Global Digital Trade Expo was held in Hangzhou International Expo Center. For the first time, the exhibition set up a national patent-intensive products exhibition area with the theme of "Digital Leads Product Innovation and Patents Promote Industrial Development", focusing on high-value patented products with cutting-edge technology in the national industry. The JWQ7924 is a dual-channel high-speed low-side gate driver capable of efficiently driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches with rail-to-rail drive capability and very low propagation delays, and can input up to 4.5A pull current and 4.5A sink current into capacitive loading.

Patented Products - JW3376
The JW3376 is a high-performance and reliable analog front-end (AFE) device for 11~16 series Li-ion, Li-polymer, and Li-FePO4 battery packs. Through SPI communication, JW3376 can be used by host controllers to perform several battery pack management functions, such as monitoring (battery voltage, battery current, battery temperature), protection (controlling charge/discharge FETs), and equalization. The integrated analog-to-digital (A/D) converter enables purely digital readout of key system parameters.

VR controller JWH6396 is a dual 6-phase controller compliant with Intel® IMVP9.1/9S SVID protocol specification, which has been tested by Intel® and entered into PCL, and JWH7030 is a 22V/30A intelligent power stage compatible with the industry's mainstream packages. JWH6396 paired with JWH7030 can provide a complete solution for Intel® 12th and 13th generation Core™ processors. JWH6396 with JWH7030 can provide a total VRM solution for Intel® 12th and 13th generation Core™ processors.
Intel® VR14/13.HC VRM Total Solution Based on JWH6375+JWH7067/7069
VR Controller JWH6375 is a dual 8-phase controller compliant with Intel® VR14/13. HC SVID protocol specification, which has been tested by Intel®, and JWH7067 is a 16V/70A intelligent power stage compatible with the industry's mainstream 5*6 package. The JWH7067 is a 16V/70A intelligent power stage compatible with the industry's leading 5*6 packages, and the JWH7069 is a 16V/90A intelligent power stage compatible with the industry's leading 5*6 packages. The JWH6375, together with the JWH7067 and the JWH7069, provides a total VRM solution for the Intel® 4th Generation Xeon® Scalable processors.

JWH7160 High Current Electronic Fuse Chip Series
The JWH7160 is a single channel current limit switch with integrated MOSFET and controller. It has a low RDS (ON) of 1mΩ and a single JWH7160 can handle up to 50A continuous current. It has the high current capability and provides a powerful protection mode that is very effective against overload, short circuit,s and inrush currents. It is widely used in high reliability application scenarios such as communications, servers, data center switches and routers, graphics cards, or hardware gas pedal cards.
