Overview
UU series High Power Reactors are new product developed by SUNLORD for photovoltaic energy storage (PV Energy Storage) applications, mainly used in DC-DC boost circuits, energy storage PCS and inverter circuits to achieve energy storage or filtering. Compared with the traditional glue potting inductors, UU series has selected the high-performance materials, optimize the product structure, to achieve the improvement of performance and the reduction of volume and weight, and the automatic production line for the stable mass production capacity.
Background
As the photovoltaic market becoming more and more popular, the demand trending of customers' magnetic components mainly related to small size, low weight, high heat dissipation, high performance, and high reliability. Sunlord grasps the market trend, and develops a new type of glue potting inductor UU series for customer pain points.
Based on the traditional glue inductor, the performance has been improved and the volume has been reduced, and the reliability has also been improved, no longer being a porter of raw materials, but considering from all dimensions, a more competitive product has been developed, which is very suitable for the application in the field of photovoltaic energy storage.

Improved performance by more than 10%, and reduced volume and weight by more than 15%, due to optimized materials and construction.
Loss can be reduced by more than 8% through the material design and optimized winding method of the common magnetic circuit.
