Wireless charging is a device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to charge. So the thermal pad is usually attached in the bottom case to fill the gap between the bottom case and the circuit board, so that the heat of the circuit board is guided to the bottom case through the thermal pad to dissipate heat, and also functions as an electromagnetic barrier.
