SLKOR Low Power Hall Sensor SL1613SH with Supply voltage (VDD) of 6V and Operating current (IDD) of 3.3μA
A Hall sensor is a type of sensor that can measure the strength of a magnetic field, based on the principle of the Hall effect. When a magnetic field passes through a Hall element, a potential difference is generated at the two ends of the element. This potential difference is proportional to the strength of the magnetic field, so the magnitude of the magnetic field can be determined by measuring the potential difference. The SL1613SH Hall sensor is a low-power switch sensor and a member of the SL1613 series, which has excellent performance and diverse functions. The SL1613 series includes four models: SL1613-TH, SL1613-TL, SL1613-SH, and SL1613-SL. Each model provides specific magnetic field thresholds and switch operating frequencies for different needs (as shown in the figure below).
The SL1613SH Hall sensor has three pins: power input, output, and ground. This design is concise and clear, making it easy for users to connect and operate. At the same time, the Hall sensor is equipped with temperature compensation circuitry and clock logic circuitry to ensure stable operating points and switch frequencies of the chip in various environments.
The parameters of the SL1613SH are as follows:
· Polarity: Single S pole
· Supply voltage (VDD): 6V
· Operating current (IDD): 3.3μA
· Scanning frequency: 5Hz
· Package: SOT-23
In addition to excellent parameters, the SL1613SH complies with RoHS standards and is lead-free and environmentally friendly. Furthermore, this sensor has outstanding ESD performance, effectively resisting static interference and enhancing the reliability and stability of the sensor. Moreover, it operates within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃, making it suitable for various harsh environmental conditions. The SL1613SH also features a wide operating voltage range, allowing it to work within a larger voltage range to meet the requirements of different application scenarios. Additionally, its compact package design enables it to operate in very small spaces, making it suitable for various compact devices.
The SL1613SH has a wide range of applications. Due to its low power consumption and reliability, it can be widely used in electronic devices. For example, it can be used for proximity switches, magnetic field detection, position sensing, and speed measurement, among others. Its high sensitivity and stability make it widely applied in various industries. For instance, in the automotive industry, it can be used for speed measurement in vehicle braking systems and tire monitoring. In the industrial field, it can be used for position sensing, robot navigation, and automation control systems.
In addition to the SL1613SH, SLKOR offers many high-performance and outstanding Hall sensor products such as SLSS360-3, SLSS49E-3, SL-322B, SLOH49E-9, SLSS451A-9, SL1603SH, SL1623SH, SL-302B, and more.
