In recent years, with the continuous advancement of technology and the expansion of application scenarios, there has been an explosive growth trend in the demand for the chip industry. One of SLKOR's core technologies is the third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide power device technology. Compared to traditional silicon power devices, silicon carbide power devices offer higher operating temperatures, lower switching losses, and faster switching speeds, meeting the requirements for power density and efficiency in modern electronic devices. This enables SLKOR's products to have broad application prospects in areas such as electric vehicles, industrial automation, and renewable energy.

SL1609SL is a Hall Sensor with excellent performance and multifunctional features. Its main features include low power consumption, wide operating voltage range (1.6V to 5.5V), full polar magnetic field detection, CMOS push-pull output, and outstanding ESD performance (HBM 8KV). These features make SL1609SL suitable for a variety of application scenarios. The low power design of SL1609SL enables it to perform well in battery-powered devices. It only consumes extremely low current (3.3μA), which can extend the battery life and is suitable for devices with high energy consumption requirements. At the same time, the wide operating voltage range enables it to adapt to systems with different supply voltages and provide stable performance.

The sensor has the ability to detect full polar magnetic fields, which means that when the applied S-pole or N-pole magnetic induction intensity exceeds the working point Bop, the chip outputs a low level and maintains the low level state. The chip outputs a high level only when the magnetic induction intensity is lower than the release point Bp. This full polar magnetic field detection capability enables SL1609SL to accurately detect and respond in different magnetic field environments. In addition, SL1609SL also has excellent ESD performance (HBM 8KV), which can work in electrostatic sensitive environments, providing higher reliability and stability.

The parameters of the Hall sensor SL1609SL are as follows:

· Polarity: full polar

· VDD (V): 5.5V

· IDD (μA): 3.3μA

· Scanning frequency: 20Hz

· Package: TO-92S

The SL1609SL Hall sensor is a high-performance sensor widely used in various fields, especially in electronic products such as computers and headphones. In the context of modern technological development, laptops and tablets have become indispensable tools in people's lives. The SL1609SL sensor is applied to the switch detection function of these devices, enabling precise switch control. In addition, with the popularity of TWS earphones, the SL1609SL sensor is also widely used in the automatic on/off function of TWS earphones. By detecting the magnetic field signal of the earphones, the SL1609SL can instantly sense whether the earphones are being worn and automatically turn them on or off as needed. This intelligent design not only enhances user convenience but also saves earphone power, prolonging their usage time.

In addition to the SL1609SL, SLKOR has many high-performance and excellent Hall sensor products, such as SL44E-3, SL44E-9, SL1613TH, SL1619SH, SL1629SH, SL1603TH, etc., all of which can meet the market's demand for low-power, high-performance sensors. SLKOR will continue to promote innovation and development in electronic products.
