The SL1613 is a low-power Hall switch sensor designed specifically for space-constrained systems and battery-sensitive applications. It features various magnetic field thresholds, switch operating frequencies, and package options to accommodate a wide range of applications. When the applied magnetic field strength from the south pole (S-pole) exceeds the operating point (Bop), the chip outputs a low-level signal and maintains it. The chip will continue to output a high-level signal until the S-pole magnetic field strength drops below the release point (BRp). 


Additionally, the chip incorporates temperature compensation and clock logic circuits to ensure stable operating points and switch frequencies. Furthermore, the SL1613 can operate within a supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and utilizes a standard SOT-23 package, making it easy to integrate and apply in different systems.


The SL1613TH stands out with its unique features. Firstly, its impressive low-power characteristics are worth noting. The 20Hz version consumes only 3.3μA of current at 1.8V, meeting the demanding requirements of battery-sensitive systems for low power consumption.
