First of all, as a kind of heat-conducting medium material, the thermal material plays the role of auxiliary heat transfer, can reduce the contact thermal resistance and improve the heat transfer efficiency, but the main heat dissipation is the radiator, so if the power of the radiator does not meet the requirements , No matter how good the thermal conductivity of the thermal material is.
Then, the thermal conductive material is not operated in accordance with the normal use specifications. For example, the bonding surface is not cleaned before filling, no silicon completely covers the bonding surface, and the thermal conductive material is too thick and other factors will affect its heat dissipation effect.
There are many reasons why the radiator fails to achieve the expected effect. It cannot be considered as a thermal material problem unilaterally. It is necessary to consider the factors affecting its heat dissipation efficiency in many aspects to optimize it.
