Vincotech's fastPACK 0 HC provides 30, 50, or 75A@ 650V. The power module works both ways to bring a trinity of big benefits to your application. Delivering 30+ kHz fsw the H-bridge provides speed, efficiency, and full-current capability for bidirectional usage. Featuring high frequency IGBT H5 technology the fastPACK 0 HC module is available in low-inductive flow 0 housing.
