The CHA3801-FAA is an L-Band Noise Amplifier in an SMD hermetic ceramic package.
It integrates an input overload protection switch and is internally matched.
The CHA3801-FAA exhibits a very high linearity with 27dBm OIP3 and a low consumption of 5V@70mA.
The circuit has been developed for a wide range of applications from commercial space, to military, and commercial communication systems.
It is designed on an internal GaAs 0.25µm pHEMT space evaluated technology.
