JieJie Microelectronics Launched Its Industry-leading 30V JSFET JMSL030SAG with Ultra-low On-impedance

JieJie Microelectronics launched its new 30V N-channel JSFET® to address the requirements of power supply and motor applications and reverse battery protection for ultra-high power density and energy efficiency. Designed with the compact and highly reliable PDFN5x6 package, JMSL030SAG is furnished with an all-copper frame and clip inside to minimize the heterogeneous inductance. Moreover, the excellent thermal conductivity helps reduce hot spots and improve the avalanche energy of the device (EAS). When VGS=10V, the standard conductive impedance is restricted to 0.55mΩ, which represents a leading level in China and is comparable to similar products of famous European, American, and Japanese semiconductor IDM manufacturers.

The new SGT MOSFET power devices have a 50% and 76% smaller footprint than its closest DPAK and D2PAK packaged competitors, respectively. When compared with comparable competitors in a 5mm x 6mm package, this product has great advantages in on-impedance and input capacitance; moreover, it is designed with industry-leading linear model/safe operation area (SOA) features, which guarantees it functions safely and reliably at high currents. The pins in the PDFN5x6 package feature low stress and a length of up to 0.275mm, which is more than 2.2 times higher than similar products in Europe and the United States, having greatly improved the yield of solder joints on automatically optically inspected PCBs. JMSL030SAG meets the need for device robustness and reliability in consumer, industrial, and automotive aftermarket applications. SSDs used to store data in data centers, 5G data exchange stations, and security system servers often need to be hot-swapped during maintenance and normal operation. The e-Fuse at the junction contains JMSL030SAG, whose ultra-low on-impedance and Qg can not only minimize the normal energy consumption but also easily handle the spike voltage when the power supply is turned off.
