Recently, after five months of certification, Cmsemicon's automotive grade MCU BAT32A237 series has passed the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive-grade reliability certification by SGS, an authoritative third-party testing and certification organization. This certification signifies that the performance and reliability of CMSemicon's BAT32A237 series of Automotive-Grade MCUs have met the highest domestic requirements for automotive chips, and have been certified and confirmed by international safety standards.


BAT32A237 is a 32-bit MCU of high quality based on Arm Cortex®-M0+ core with 48MHz operating frequency, 128KB Flash, 12KB SRAM, and 1.5KB dedicated Data Flash, with built-in large-capacity storage space to support efficient automotive computing requirements. The operating temperature of -40℃~125℃ is suitable for complex operating conditions and harsh environments in automobiles.


The BAT32A237 chip has been commercially available in batches at the client side, and its applications cover a variety of automotive in-vehicle electronic control modules, such as heating and cooling, air conditioning, sensors, ambient light, reading light, steering control, matrix headlight, windows, radar, T-BOX, charging interface, in-vehicle inverter, water pump, and fan, etc.
