21~30GHz/20dBm Medium Power Amplifier for A Wide Range of Communication Applications
The CHA3395-98F published by UMS is a 21~30GHz / 20dBm Medium Power Amplifier which delivers 24dB linear gain with a 20dB output return losses @1dB compression.
It features a very low power consumption at a bias of 4V@180mA DC. It is designed for a wide range of Communication applications typically radiolinks, Vsat and Space communications.
This circuit is designed on a UMS proprietary 0.25µM GaAs process. The CHA3395-98F is also proposed in a QFN packaged version, the CHA3395-QDG.
