UMS 3 Stage Monolithic Medium Power Amplifier CHA3395-QDG which Produces 24dB Gain for 20dBm Output Power
The UMS CHA3395-QDG is a 3 stage monolithic Medium Power Amplifier, which produces 24dB gain for 20dBm output power.
It is designed for a wide range of communication and sensor systems.This medium power amplifier well suited for 23/26/28GHz RadioLinks, Fixed Wireless Access and ISM sensors is extending operation to VSAT Ka.
The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.25µm gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography.
It is supplied in RoHS compliant SMD package.
This circuit features an excellent compromise between DC consumption, medium RF power and good linearity across the band in MSL1 QFN package.
