TAMURA ELSOLD solder paste AP-40 is a halogen-free solder paste suitable for lead-free welding. It has excellent reliability characteristics, such as passing copper mirror test, silver chromate test, and ball test. The solder paste has a high viscosity (100 Pa·s) and is suitable for fine pitch applications, with excellent anti-sagging performance. The chemically modified resin material of AP-40 solder paste ensures high repeatability, and its long storage life (6 months) makes it suitable for various production scales. The solder paste is suitable for potting, screen printing, and inkjet printing, and is in compliance with RoHS standards.
