●The RF Front-End 37-41GHz is a low cost plastic packaged 5G High Power Frond-End operating in 37-41GHz bandwidth. This single chip multifunction includes Transmit and Receive paths realized on Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (AlGaN/GaN on SiC) technology.
●It is well suited for numerous applications:
■Terrestrial Networks 5G applications;
■High-throughput Fixed Wireless Access;
■Phased array antenna.
