SANYO DENKI Releases San Ace 120AD ACDC Fan and Splash Proof ACDC Fan with Highest Airflow of 3.9m³/min and Static Pressure of 170Pa Max
SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has developed and launched the San Ace 120AD 120×120×38mm ACDC Fan(2) and Splash Proof ACDC Fan that feature the highest airflow and static pressure in the industry. (1) These fans are ideal for control panels, food manufacturing equipment, and plant factories.

Features
1. High Airflow and High Static Pressure
The San Ace 120AD 9ADA type ACDC Fan delivers a maximum airflow of 3.9m³/min and maximum static pressure of 170Pa,(3) which are approximately 1.3 times and 2 times higher than SANYO DENKI current model,(4) respectively.
The San Ace 120AD 9ADAW type Splash Proof ACDC Fan delivers a maximum airflow of 3.36 m3/min and maximum static pressure of 128 Pa,(5) which are approximately 1.1 times and 1.5 times higher than the current model,(4) respectively.
2. Wide Operating Voltage Range
These fans have an input voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC, supporting both 100 and 200 VAC systems.
3. Water and Dust Protection
With its IP68-rated protection,(6) the San Ace 120AD 9ADAW type Splash Proof ACDC Fan is protected from water and dust. This ensures stable fan operation even in harsh environments.
(1) Based on SANYO DENKI's own research as of August 24, 2022, conducted among equally-sized ACDC fans and water-resistant ACDC fans on the market.
(2) ACDC fans: DC fans that run on AC (alternating current) power. AC fans are simple and easy to use since they operate on standard AC power supplies but fall behind DC fans in performance. On the other hand, DC fans outperform AC fans but require a DC power supply. ACDC fans combine the advantages of both.

The mechanical components other than the electrical components are not subject to protection.
