SANYO DENKI Launches 40×40×20mm and 40×40×28mm Splash Proof Fans with the Highest Airflow of 0.38m³/min and Static Pressure of 210Pa Max

SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. has developed and launched the 40×40×20mm and 40×40×28mm San Ace 40W 9WPA type Splash Proof Fans that achieve the highest airflow and static pressure in the industry. ⁽¹⁾This fan is suitable for cooling base stations, quick EV charging stations, and surveillance cameras.

Features

1. High Airflow and High Static Pressure
The 40×40×20mm Splash Proof Fan delivers a maximum airflow of 0.38m³/min and maximum static pressure of 210Pa,⁽²⁾ which are about 1.68 times and 3.19 times higher than the SANYO DENKI current model,⁽³⁾ respectively.

The 40×40×28mm Splash Proof Fan delivers maximum static pressure of 555Pa,⁽⁴⁾ which is about 1.38 times higher compared to SANYO DENKI's current model. ⁽⁵⁾

2. Low Noise and Energy Saving
The PWM control function enables the control of fan speed, contributing to lowering noise and improving the energy efficiency of devices.

3. Water and Dust Protection
This fan achieves excellent IP68⁽⁶⁾water and dust protection, maintaining stable operation in harsh environments.

(6) The degree of protection (IP code) is defined by IEC 60529 (International Electrotechnical Commission) as follows.

The protection rating applies only to electrical components (motor coils and electronic components) in SANYO DENKI fans. The mechanical components other than the electrical components are not subject to protection.
