MindMotion Announces the High Performance Motor Specific MM32SPIN0280 Series Microcontrollers with a Frequency of up to 96MHz
MindMotion announces the new high-performance motor-specific MM32SPIN0280 series Microcontrollers. These devices are 32-bit microcontrollers based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports, and peripherals. MM32SPIN0280 series microcontrollers are suitable for a wide range of application scenarios, including draught fans, pumps, e-bikes, server fans, ceiling fans, power tools, industrial variable-frequency drives, servo motors, indoor air-conditioner fans, etc.

Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz
Up to 128KB Flash and 8KB SRAM
Include two 12-bit ADCs, with sampling speeds up to 3Msps
Five general-purpose timers and two PWM advanced timers for motor control
One I²C interface, two SPI interfaces, and three UART interfaces
Embed four operation amplifiers and five comparators for motor applications
Working voltage: 2.0V~5.5V
Working temperature range (ambient temperature): -40℃ to +105℃
Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the design of low-power applications
Provide five package types: LQFP32, LQFP44, LQFP48, QFN48 and LQFP64
Now, five leading packages including LQFP32, LQFP44, LQFP48, QFN48, and LQFP64 have started mass production. They provide 128KB Flash and are available in -40~105°C temperature options.
