MindMotion Honored with Annual Innovative IC Design Award
Recently, MindMotion was invited to participate in the 2024 International Integrated Circuit Exhibition and Symposium (IIC) hosted by Aspencore. MindMotion once again won the China IC Design Achievement Award. MM32SPIN080G is a high-performance single motor control SOC product under MindMotion MindSPIN, which adopts Cortex-M0 core and integrates a 200V three-phase N-channel gate driver.
Storage and computational resources: 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, maximum main frequency of 60MHz.
7 timer resources: 1 16-bit advanced timer, 1 32-bit general-purpose timer, 3 basic timers, 1 12-bit IWDG, 1 24-bit Systick.
Supports 2 channels of DMA.
Hardware divider HW-Div.
1 12-bit analog-to-digital converter ADC supports 11 channels, sampling rate of 1Msps.
