MindMotion Unveils Its High-integration Motor Chips MM32SPIN060G, MM32SPIN080G, and MM32SPIN560CM at CMIMS 2024
Recently, MindMotion was invited to participate in the 2024 China Electric Motor Intelligent Manufacturing Seminar (CMIMS 2024) organized by Big-Bit Business Network. At the conference, MindMotion's product manager Bing Guan delivered a speech on "Providing Complete Motor Application Solutions Based on MindMotion High-Integration Chips," introducing MindMotion's current flagship high-integration motor chips and providing corresponding complete application solutions. Additionally, three new products, MM32SPIN060G, MM32SPIN080G, and MM32SPIN560CM, were unveiled.
MM32SPIN060G
The MM32SPIN060G is a high-performance single-motor control SoC product under MindMotion's MindSPIN series, featuring a Cortex-M0 core and integrating a 100V three-phase N-channel gate driver.
- Storage and computational resources: 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, with a maximum frequency of 60MHz.
- 7 timer resources: 1 16-bit advanced timer, 1 32-bit general-purpose timer, 3 basic timers, 1 12-bit IWDG, and 1 24-bit Systick.
- Support for 2-channel DMA.
- Hardware divider (HW-Div).
- 1 12-bit ADC with support for 10 channels and a sampling rate of 1Msps.
- 2 analog comparators (COMP) and 2 rail-to-rail operational amplifiers (OPAMP).
- Three-phase N-channel gate driver.
- Support for UART/SPI communication.
- Support for four-wire programming.
- Operating voltage range: 5.5-18V.
- Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 105℃.
- Available in QFN32 4x4 package.
- This product is suitable for various applications such as server fans and motor control.
MM32SPIN080G
The MM32SPIN080G is a high-performance single-motor control SoC product under MindMotion's MindSPIN series, featuring a Cortex-M0 core and integrating a 200V three-phase N-channel gate driver.
- Storage and computational resources: 32KB Flash, 4KB SRAM, with a maximum frequency of 60MHz.
- 7 timer resources: 1 16-bit advanced timer, 1 32-bit general-purpose timer, 3 basic timers, 1 12-bit IWDG, and 1 24-bit Systick.
- Support for 2-channel DMA.
- Hardware divider (HW-Div).
- 1 12-bit ADC with support for 11 channels and a sampling rate of 1Msps.
- 2 analog comparators (COMP) and 2 rail-to-rail operational amplifiers (OPAMP).
- Three-phase N-channel gate driver.
- Support for UART/SPI communication.
- LDO operating voltage range: 5.5-18V.
- Built-in DC/DC supporting voltages up to 100V.
- Operating temperature range: -40℃ to 105℃.
- Available in QFN48 and QFN32 4x4 packages.
- This product is suitable for various applications such as gardening tools, high-voltage server fans, and motor control.
MM32SPIN560CM
The MM32SPIN560CM integrates a 100V withstand voltage 6N pre-driver, certified by AEC-Q100. It utilizes a high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0 core as the 32-bit microcontroller, capable of operating at a maximum frequency of 72MHz.
- 128KB Flash, 8KB SRAM.
- Includes 2 12-bit ADCs with sampling speeds of up to 3 Msps.
- 5 general-purpose timers, 1 advanced PWM timer dedicated to motor control.
- 1 I2C interface, 2 SPI interfaces, and 3 UART interfaces.
- Built-in 3 operational amplifiers and 3 comparators for motor applications.
- Pre-driver operating voltage up to 100V.
- Automotive-grade Ta 125℃, certified by AEC-Q100 Grade1.
- Available in QFN48 package.
- This product is suitable for various applications such as automotive water pumps, power tailgates, air conditioning intake grilles, power windows, and ventilated car seats.
In addition, MindMotion also showcased dedicated development boards for various solutions such as high-speed blowers, low-voltage high-speed vacuum cleaners, power tools, gardening tools, electric bicycles, floor fans, ceiling fans, air conditioners, refrigerator compressors, and washing machines at the exhibition area, attracting a significant amount of attention from numerous customers.
In the future, MindMotion will continue to focus on the motor field, providing users with user-friendly motor chips and innovative application solutions.
