The Gas Discharge Tube SC1812-90CSMD model is commonly used for surge primary protection at high-speed data transmission ports, due to its advantages: surge current 2KA (8/20μs), electrode capacitance less than 1pF, and DC breakdown voltage of 90V±20%.


The ceramic gas discharge tube (GDT) SC1812-90CSMD, launched by SOCAY Electronics, adopts a square design of the Gas discharge tube body to provide high reliability and high surge flow, and its square design is more convenient for SMT operation. RoHS standard, small package size, suitable for limited board space applications.

The SC1812-90CSMD  gas discharge tube is usually used for surge primary protection at high-speed data transmission ports.
