SOCAY New Car-specific TVS SM8E36A with an Operating Voltage of 36V are Used in Car Stereo Surge Test
Car stereos are stereos that can be installed in the car. Car stereos are designed to be different from home stereos due to the specificity of the environment in which they are used. The Car-specific TVS is available in an SMD package, which makes it easy to manufacture. The large pad structure of the pins facilitates heat dissipation and therefore provides a very high surge protection capability. The device itself can reach 8000W and can pass the ISO 7637-2:2004 standard for 24V systems: 5A, 174V, 2 ohms, 350ms surge rating.
The device has an operating voltage of 36V, a clamp voltage within 58.1V, and an operating voltage range of -55 ~ +175℃.
