Nisshinbo Releases NSNJ2023 and NSNJ2024 Dual SAW Filters for Multi-Band Radio Equipment
Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. released the NSNJ2023 and NSNJ2024, dual SAW filter products for multi-band land mobile radio system.
In recent years, natural disasters have occurred on a global scale. Even when communication infrastructure is disabled due to a disaster, radio systems have their own communication methods and are becoming increasingly important as a means of emergency communication in times of disaster. While a reliable radio system is essential for this emergency communication method, it requires communication in different frequency bands and therefore the need for a multi-band radio system arises.
On the other hand, as the number of components in radio systems increases to support multi-band compatibility, component miniaturization is also required.
By providing two SAW filters for the 700 MHz and 800 MHz bands in a small 3.0 mm × 3.0 mm package, the NSNJ2023 and NSNJ2024 help reduce the number of components and the footprint of multi-band radio systems.
Main Specifications (Please refer to the datasheet for details.)
Features
Two Single SAW Filters in One Package
Conventional multi-band radio equipment supporting the 700 MHz and 800 MHz bands has used multiple single SAW filters corresponding to each frequency.
By configuring the circuit with a dual SAW filter, the system can support both the 700 MHz and 800 MHz bands. As a result, these products help reduce the number of components and mounting area for multi-band radio equipment.
