As of January 1, 2022, New Japan Radio Co.Ltd. and Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd. will merge in Japan, and commence our business under the name of Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc., which is a subsidiary wholly owned by Nisshinbo Holdings Inc.
