●Nisshinbo Micro Devices’ all products are articles and are neither substances nor preparations. We do not manufacture any products that intentionally released chemicals. Therefore Registration obligation of requirement of REACH is not applied to us.
●Our articles do not contain chemical substances in Substances of Very High Concerns (SVHC, see Table I) candidate list above 0.1% by weight per article. However, there are some exceptions of this letter due to the use of Lead up to 85% by weight in high-temperature solder alloys to ensure product characteristics. See Table II for the target lead containing products.
●At this time, obligation to inform customers according to REACH regulation is apply to us. Since SVHC candidate list will be revised from time to time, we continue to monitor REACH regulation.
