The Chinese supply chain is accelerating its shift overseas as the global industrial structure continues to adjust. Supply chains of industries like automotive and Apple are moving towards Mexico and Southeast Asia. It has become a trend for domestic companies to expand into overseas markets, which holds significant strategic significance. As a high-tech enterprise, SLKOR aims to become an international company by providing products and services to customers worldwide. Seizing the opportunity, SLKOR Semiconductor has recently launched a series of multilingual brand promotion articles, including German, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Thai, Filipino, Indonesian, Vietnamese, and Arabic, among other languages. In India, articles were published in Urdu, Hindi, and English, while Arabic articles were spread across more than 20 Arab countries and regions. These articles have been published in authoritative media outlets in these countries and have been widely disseminated, achieving the initial goal of promoting and penetrating the SLKOR and Kinghelm brands comprehensively.

In recent years, with the rapid rise of China's semiconductor industry, domestic substitution has become a topic of great concern. In this field, as a national technology enterprise focusing on the research and development as well as manufacturing of semiconductor products, SLKOR Semiconductor is committed to promoting the development and application of domestic semiconductor technology. One of SLKOR's important products, the gallium arsenide Hall element SL-106C, has attracted widespread attention due to its excellent performance parameters.

Gallium arsenide is a III-V compound semiconductor material with excellent electrical properties and high electron mobility. This makes gallium arsenide widely used in high-frequency, high-speed electronic devices, as well as optoelectronic devices. Gallium arsenide Hall elements utilize the high carrier mobility and low density of gallium arsenide material, along with other excellent electrical characteristics, to produce highly sensitive, low-power Hall sensors. The gallium arsenide Hall element is a type of Hall sensor component manufactured using gallium arsenide semiconductor material. Hall sensors use the Hall effect to measure the relationship between current and magnetic fields, while gallium arsenide Hall elements use the unique electrical properties of gallium arsenide to measure the strength and direction of the surrounding magnetic field.

Here are some of the parameters of the SL-106C GaAs Hall Sensor:

· Polarity: Unipolar

· VDD (V): 8V

· IDD (A): 5mA

· Package: SSOT-4

Firstly, the SL-106C has a unipolar polarity, allowing it to sense and measure magnetic fields in both positive and negative directions, providing more flexible and comprehensive application options. Secondly, it performs well in electrical parameters. The operating voltage (VDD) is 8V, and the operating current (IDD) is 5mA, which means that the component has low power consumption and thermal dissipation in practical applications, contributing to prolonging the lifespan of devices. Additionally, due to its low power consumption characteristics, the SL-106C can also meet the power requirements of high-power applications, providing more flexibility for the design and manufacturing of electronic devices. Furthermore, the SL-106C is packaged in an SSOT-4 package, which is a small surface-mount package form. The SSOT-4 package features a small size and easy installation, making it suitable for electronic devices with limited packaging volume.

Gallium arsenide Hall devices are magnetic sensitive devices that have a wide range of applications in precision magnetometry, automation control, communication, computer, aerospace, industrial flaw detection, consumer electronics, office automation, automotive, medical instruments, clamp meters, current voltage sensors, and defense industries. The SL-106C can be applied in automotive electronic systems such as brake systems and electronic power steering systems, as well as in consumer electronic products like smartphones and tablets.

In addition to the SL-106C, SLKOR also offers many high-performance and excellent Hall sensor products, such as SL1603TH, SLSS341R-3, SLSS39E-9, SL1613SL, SL1625SH, SL1605TL, SL1615SH, etc., which can meet the market demand for low-power and high-performance sensors. SLKOR semiconductor will continue to drive innovation and development in electronic products.
