1-Line Bi-directional TVS Diode ASD1524 with 160W Peak Pulse Power (8/20μs) and a Low Channel Input Capacitance
The ASD1524 1-Line Bi-directional TVS Diod is designed for asymmetrical (15V to 24V) protection in multi-point data transmission applications, making this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage sensitive high-speed data lines. The ASD1524 complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±30kV air and ±30kV contact discharge. It is assembled into a lead-free SOD-323 package. The small size, low capacitance, and high ESD surge protection make ASD1524 an ideal choice to protect one data line of the Local Information Network (LIN) in an automotive.
