27.5~43.5GHz Bare Die LNA for Applications Such as 5G MIMO Antenna, SATCOM Links
UMS develops its state of the art LNA offer with the CHA2595-98F a wideband and very low noise LNA covering 4 telecom bands. This 27.5-43.5GHz bare die LNA exhibits very low noise figure of 2dB and low consumption of 61mA@ 3.3V.
This circuit is recommended for applications such as 5G MIMO Antenna, 28/32/38/42GHz Radiolinks, SATCOM links, Radar receivers and Test & Measurement.
The CHA2595-98F is designed on an UMS proprietary space evaluated 0.10µm GaAs Low noise pHEMT process. It also exists in a packaged version the CHA2595-QDG.
