Cmsemicon has officially released the new industrial-grade low-power MCU BAT32G127, which is designed to simplify battery-powered LCD display applications with strong resource scalability and excellent low-power consumption. Thus, the new product is mainly for battery-powered LCD display applications such as smart water meters, heat meters, gas meters, measuring instruments, and thermostats.


Specially designed for the industry at -40℃~105℃

The BAT32G127 features high integration and high reliability. The chip is based on Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, 32MHz operating frequency, equipped with 128KB flash, 8KB SRAM and 2.5KB dedicated data flash, 1.8V~5.5V operating voltage, -40°C~105°C operating temperature, ensuring the system's smooth operation in harsh environment.


The BAT32G127 integrates an enhanced DMA controller with a built-in 12-bit high-precision ADC with accuracy controlled within ±1.5LSB. Multiple analog peripherals enable high-precision real-time sampling and conversion of dynamic data. Fast response to drive LCD backlight provides efficient support for battery-powered LCD display applications.


With low power consumption and wide operating voltage
The BAT32G127 upholds the industrial-grade product development concept of low-power consumption and high performance, with a current as low as 0.7μA in sleep mode and 35μA/MHz@32MHz in operation. It supports a wide voltage power supply mode of 1.8~5.5V operating voltage, and a variety of operating modes such as low-power operation mode, sleep mode, deep sleep mode, etc., to help extend the battery life.

 

Scalable and flexible for complex scenarios

The BAT32G127 integrates an A/D converter, temperature sensor, comparator, operational amplifier, and other high-precision analog peripherals, up to 26 channels of high-precision 12-bit ADC, one channel of 8-bit DAC, flexible I²C, SPI, UART standard interfaces, and supports C-Type/R-Type LCD display. It can also support up to 8COM*. 38SEG and the chip is widely compatible with strong expansion performance, suitable for a variety of industrial control and complex scenarios.

 

Perfect hardware security and quick response to the development

The BAT32G127 has excellent ESD, EFT anti-interference performance, and enhanced security features such as RAM parity check, SFR protection, CRC, etc. It complies with IEC/UL 60730 standards and meets industrial-grade high-reliability standards, which can provide perfect hardware guarantee for system operation and achieve the high anti-interference, high stability, and high-reliability requirements for the applications.


The BAT32G127 supports QFN40, LQFP32, LQFP48, and LQFP64 packages, with superior performance, power consumption, and package size, and is compatible with mainstream designs in the market. It meets the engineers' pin-pin rapid interchange iterative development, speeding up the product launch cycle.
