CISSOID Will Present Its SiC Intelligent Power Modules ＆ SiC Inverter Reference Design at the 2023 Power Electronics Exhibition
CISSOID EXHIBITS AT PCIM IN NUREMBERG ON 9-11 MAY 2023——CISSOID will present its SiC Intelligent Power Modules & SiC Inverter Reference Design at the Power Electronics Exhibition Booth 541, in Hall 9.
CISSOID will be happy to welcome you to our booth at PCIM Europe, the leading international exhibition and conference for Power Electronics, Intelligent Motion, Renewable Energy, and Energy Management that will take place in Nuremberg from 9 to 11 May 2023. The company will present its modular SiC Inverter Reference Design leveraging on its robust SiC Gate Driver technology and its compact SiC Intelligent Power Module Platform.
CISSOID will exhibit its new modular Silicon Carbide (SiC) inverter reference design supporting electric motor drives up to 350kW/850V. The reference design includes CISSOID’s high voltage SiC-based power module, integrated Gate Driver board, Control board with Silicon Mobility’s ultra-fast and safe OLEA T222 FPCU, DC current sensors, and phase current sensors, DC link capacitor and EMI filtering together with integrated liquid cooling. CISSOID will also sell and deliver Silicon Mobility’s OLEA® APP INVERTER Software for Electric Vehicle Powertrain Control providing the customer with a development platform ready for integration work.
