Metallux ME670 单晶陶瓷压力传感器采用陶瓷单元，基于压阻原理工作。传感器偏移量可根据客户规格调整，且传感器还可用激光可调PTC电阻进行热补偿。惠斯通电桥通过厚膜技术在陶瓷膜片的一侧直接印刷。布局优化，便于在需要时安装信号调理PCB。膜片的另一侧可以直接暴露于被测介质。由于Al2O3陶瓷优异的化学耐腐蚀性（耐腐蚀性气体、大多数溶剂和酸等），通常不需要额外的保护。得益于加固的外部区域（单晶结构），传感器可以通过O形圈安装到塑料或金属外壳中。ME670传感器的设计使得温度变化和压力过载不会导致可靠性下降。陶瓷的使用确保了在整个测量范围内的线性度，并最大限度地减少了滞后效应。
